Our classes 

Each yoga class begins with 10 minutes of meditation and 15 minutes of pranayama, followed by a short personal stretch before moving into the asana practice. 

If you prefer a shorter session, you may join for the 60-minute option, starting with the asana portion, or attend only the meditation and pranayama segment during the first 30 minutes.
