
Classes are offered by appointment only. There is no fixed weekly schedule—session times are arranged directly with each student based on individual needs and my availability. Sessions are available throughout the day.
You are welcome to try a free 30-minute introductory class to experience the style and format before committing.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class and bring your own yoga mat and towel.
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.
