There is no fixed weekly schedule. Classes are offered by appointment and arranged in conversation, based on your needs and my availability, with sessions offered throughout the day.

You're warmly invited to begin with a free 30-minute introductory class—a relaxed way to experience the practice and see if it feels like a good fit. To request a session, express interest, or be matched with other participants for a semi-private class, please use the sign-up form.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class and bring your own yoga mat and towel.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class.
