Our classes 

All group classes are 90 minutes. 

Yoga classes start with 10 minutes mediation and 20 minutes pranayama.

Why 90 Minutes?
This extended time creates the spaciousness needed for a complete practice. It allows us to move at a steady, unhurried pace—warming up the body, exploring postures with good alignment, and integrating breathwork and relaxation without rushing. You may find that 90 minutes gives you the time to truly settle in, release daily stress, and leave feeling both energized and restored.
